A homestead from Sebine village in Novoodesskyi district in Mykolayivska Region includes a house, a summer kitchen and a shed.
Its prototype was built in 1972 on the basis of original building, the property of Proskurin Oleksii Sergiiovych, mechanical engineer. All buildings and fence are made of typical local building maderial – shell-stone. Its colour decision and patters represent features, specific for Southern areas of Ukraine. The dwelling’s planning is convenient, all rooms are detached. Its total residing area equals to 44.9 square meters. The windows of its drawing rooms are traditionally turned to the street.

Прототип 1962 р. належав, механізаторові. Садиба у складі будинку, літньої кухні, сараю, огороджена кам’яним парканом. Всі споруди муровані з місцевого будівельного матеріалу – черепашника. Кольоровим вирiшенням та орнаментикою будiвель переданi особливостi пiвденних районiв України. Вікна виходять за традицією на вулицю. Планування помешкання зручне, усі кімнати роздільні, житлоплоща - 45 кв.м. В інтер’єрі експонується виставка з народного мистецтва Гуцульщини і Покуття колекціонера Д.І.Мохорука.
